SQLGenerator is a scalable XML retrieval engine that fully implements the XML-QL query language by translating it to SQL. It incorporates XML documents of any schema without requiring modifications to the fixed underlying relational schema they are stored in. XML need not specify a schema or DTD, but rather incoming XML with dynamically changing schemas is immediately searchable via a full-featured semi-structured query language.
